Rachel Sumner and Traveling Light

Traveling Light, a folks and bluegrass trio based in Boston, is descending on D.C. like a cool breeze in time for the East Coast heat at the Thomas Jefferson Building. Lennon-award winning songwriter Rachel Sumner and bandmates Kat Wallace, on the fiddle, and Mike Siegel, on the upright bass, are performing their takes on the American Folklife Center archives, alongside their original songs.
