A spot promising grilled meats, hearth-baked breads, and pastries from a “homemade” wood-burning oven and grill is planning to open at 1322 9th St. NW in Shaw, according to a liquor license notice for Naylor Stables LLC. The LLC was registered by David Rosner, one of the co-owners of Etto and Garden District. Y&H has contacted Rosner and his partner in the other restaurants, Tad Curtz, for more info.
The liquor license notice says the place will seat only eight inside but will have a summer garden space for more than 300. The notice further describes the establishment as a “vibrant community gathering place serving kitchen-garden produce, District-made beers and spirits.”
