The Kennedy Center is glowing up. To celebrate the Lunar New Year, and the commencement of Year of the Water Tiger, the Center’s outdoor space, the REACH, is getting decked out with roughly 100 lanterns crafted by Chinese artisans. The lanterns are on display through Feb. 6.
