AFI Silver and the Embassy of Spain are back together again for the annual festival spotlighting the best new films representing the array of style and talent coming out of Spain right now. Including On the Fringe/En los Margenes, a social thriller that looks at the country’s housing crisis produced by and starring Penélope Cruz; and The Water/El Agua, a daring debut from Elena López Riera, which following teens looking to escape their crumbling hometown in southeastern Spain.
