Portraits of Resilience

In this ongoing photo series by British photographer Jonathan Banks, survivors of torture who’ve fled their home countries as refugees are shown under the projection of an image that is meaningful to them. The resulting colorful and emotional portraits stop at the Phillips Collection this month. A panel discussion with Banks takes place at 6:30 p.m. on April 27.
