Open Road Film Festival

A wide array of short films will be screened at the inaugural Open Road Film Festival, but there’s a special category, “Homegrown,” where DMV locals will shine. The festival celebrates the debut of pop-up art space, City Arts and Eats. An in-person screening will be held on March 16.
