Ryan Jamaal Swain (of Pose fame) stars alongside Michael Kevin Darnall and Justin Weaks in Raymond O. Caldwell’s production of One in Two. By award-winning playwright Donja R. Love, this play finds three Black queer men in an ethereal waiting room where the audience joins them for a whimsical theatrical experiment that is equal parts harrowing, hilarious, and hopeful. Dealing with HIV/AIDS and the importance of queer joy, One in Two runs Wednesday through Sunday in June, yes just in time for Pride.
