Free Yoga for Women of Color

It’s not a stretch to say that yoga is good for the mind and body: evidence suggests the practice can help with everything from cardiovascular functioning and insomnia to anxiety and self-esteem. Women of color can now enjoy the practice for free at Bhakti Yoga, which is offering free classes for WOC on Mondays. Donations will be applied toward a scholarship to train a new yoga teacher.
