Chef Iris Jimenez, from La Casita Pupuseria!, leads a cooking class on how to make traditional pupusas from scratch—with some classic street corn on the side. You’ll learn about tradition San Salvador ingredients, test your knife skills, learn how to make corn masa dough, and then enjoy the fruits of your labor. All ingredients and materials are provided.
