D.C. Sports Bog, friend and occasional poker adversary of City Desk, last week asked presumptive D.C. Council Chair Vincent Gray (more of a hardball guy than a roundball guy, we thought) to render his opinion on the NBA’s new basketballs. The tests included a dribbleability comparison, which led to a run-in between the mayor-to-be and the chairman-to-be:
