As Tim Carman has reported, M’Dawg Haute Dogs, a hot-dog lover’s dream and the latest entry on the Adams Morgan food scene, had a soft opening Tuesday.
And the establishment—a joint venture of David Greggory chef Greggory Hill and Amsterdam Falafelshop owners Scott and Arianne Bennett—has already been evaluated by a member of the Beltway’s most discriminating corps of food critics: Washington City Paper‘s Restaurant Raters.
According to the opening-day dispatcher, the “Chubby” half-smoke (which the rater tricked out with various condiments) is “YUMMY!” and the eatery’s interior “very chic-comfy-casual.”
