OK—-so the Wilco album leaked this past weekend. And it’s mellow as hell, very Steely Dan. Despite these developments, and in light of the fact that this is a Monday and we don’t want to get Wilco’s lawyers on our butts, we ain’t posting any new Wilco here.

Instead—-I recommend you start your work week with Times New Viking. They don’t sound like Steely Dan. The recent Matador signees resemble Pavement if you only bought their first few 7-inches and said fuck it on the LPs. Please listen to “TeenageLUST.” You will be glad you did.
