For Cheap Seats readers who might have been out of town over the weekend, please know that the fighting Peterson brothers each pounded the snot out of their respective opponents at the D.C. Armory on Friday night.
The hometown boys notched a pair of TKO victories. Anthony, 22, is now 23-0 after beating Dominican Luis Ernesto Jose in nine rounds; Lamont, 23, is 21-0 after beating John Brown in eight.
With the victories, both brothers continue on track for eventual title bouts.
