Give credit to the Washington Capitals organization: It managed to keep the design for the team’s new red-white-and-blue themed jerseys under wraps until three days before the official “Uniform Unveiling and Draft Day Party.” But—-after months’ worth of Internet speculation, Photoshop fakes, and fan-made designs—-the real jersey has finally found its way to the public, courtesy of a certain savvy (and, at this point, probably banned) poster on the Caps’ message boards.
