I am sure after reading the News of the Weird item, oops, I mean this Washington Post story, every cop in the city felt at least a little shame that one of their own could be so dumb.

The story: Officer Donnay A. Davis, 25, steals woman’s credit card and then goes to great and obvious lengths to use it. Then gets caught and registers guilty plea in D.C. Superior Court.

I’m sure there are other examples of brain-dead behavior, but this is just fun reading on such a shit day. Apologies to the rest of the police department for having to take this one on the chin.
