Then say it tonight.
In his column this week, LL examined some of the behind-the scenes wrangling over introducing gay marriage legislation in the District. Much of that revolves around whether it’s appropriate to introduce a bill early next year—-as in, like, first week of January—-or to wait on it due to various concerns.
A group formed to advocate for the issue, D.C. For Marriage, is giving regular folks a chance to weigh in on that question and many others tonight at a public meeting at the Human Rights Campaign’s headquarters at 1640 Rhode Island Avenue NW.
Starts at 7 p.m., but LL is told you might want to get there early.
