Correspondent Jule Banville reports from near the Lincoln Memorial concert grounds that an ideal position to view the concert is between the Washington Monument and the WWII Memorial. That space, says our correspondent, is free of security gantlets and still affords a good view of the Lincoln. That’s as good as you’re going to get. Stay tuned to City Desk for more stuff.
