All last season, Dan Snyder defenders said that the lack of big names signed by the Redskins — coaches and free agents — during the offseason showed the owner had learned from past mistakes.
Snyder‘s unsuccessful attempt to convince everybody but Jim Zorn to coach the team, the acquisition of Jason “2 1/2 Sacks” Taylor, and the offer to give up all future draft picks to Cincinnati for Ocho Cinco screamed otherwise. But, whatever.
