On Saturday, March 21, the NatCat’s center tower will be open to anyone over 48 inches tall and holding a $10 bill. Bells will peal. Bags will be left downstairs. And when you get to the top, you’ll be the highest person in D.C., an honor always up for grabs. The press release says the tower’s open to the public one day only per annum, but this page says there’s another climb in May. Anyway, you wanna go up the tower, get ready.
