Sources tell City Desk that Nathaniel Simms, 26, will be entering a guilty plea today in connection with the killing of four people and the wounding of five on South Capitol Street on March 30.
Simms, who was scheduled to have a status hearing today, seems to be cooperating with police as they investigate events surrounding the deadly mass shooting. Simms allegedly perpetrated the shootings with three cohorts. The crew is accused of spraying a group of youths with bullets as part of a series of retaliatory shootings that reportedly began over a missing bracelet.
