The report says in the last 30 days, 80 percent of people in the region did some sort of physical activity or exercised. Nearly 29 percent said they ate at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.In the metro area, 90.2 percent of people have health insurance.The region also has lower than the national average rates of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
