Ward 4 Councilmember Muriel Bowser‘s money train keep chugging, with just about every power-that-be in town writing her a $500 check. She raised $63,000 in the last two months, bringing her total so far to $148,000. Challenger Max Skolnik has raised a respectable $26,000 in a short time (including $500 from Russell Simmons, founder of Def Jam!) while the fundraising of both Baruti Jahi and Judi Jones continues to be anemic.
