We value your support now more than ever.
All year we’ve been covering the issues that matter most to you—the pandemic, the election, policing, housing, and more—and now our end of year membership campaign is here. Will you support our work to ensure we can bring you the same informative local reporting in 2021?
A Dupont Circle resident writes in to Prince of Petworth with a dilemma about a restauranteur whose establishment is behind his house; the chef keeps trespassing on his property and stealing his parking space.
What’s the recourse for something like this? It doesn’t seem serious enough to get the police involved, but I’m tired of having to go into his restaurant to yell at him in front of his customers to move his car.
The recourse, obviously, is to write a passive-aggressive, anonymous complaint about the guy to a popular neighborhood blog.
