It doesn’t look like Occupy D.C. will be taking our advice to go out with a bang any time soon, but it looks like they’re making an impression on Capitol Hill today with the big Occupy Congress protest. Using the hashtag #J17 (short for Jan. 17), protesters and reporters are tweeting about the proceedings which have been going strong since this morning.
