The Examiner’s Kytja Weir has the breakdown of crime on Metrorail stations, and lists which stations have the most and least reports of serious crimes: Assault, arson, burglary, homicide, larceny, auto theft, attempted auto theft, rape and robbery.

Most dangerous:

1. Deanwood, 67 cases
2. Anacostia, 64 cases
3. L’Enfant Plaza, 63 cases
4. Suitland, 60 cases
5. College Park, 55 cases
6. Largo Town Center, 53 cases
7. Southern Avenue, 52 cases
8. Minnesota Avenue, 51 cases
9T. Gallery Place, 46 cases
9T. Greenbelt, 46 cases

Least dangerous? Well, no serious crimes were reported at Arlington Cemetery, Clarendon, Eisenhower, Farragut West or Virginia Sq.-GMU.

It’s worth noting, of course, that the traffic at these stations varies, so even if Gallery Place has 46 cases of serious crime, it also has way more people passing through it than say, the Minnesota Ave. Station. I’d be interested to see the crime breakdown by number of riders.
