The Times notes that 19-year-old Malachi H. Hargrove, a former ward of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, has surrendered to police over his involvement in the killing of another teenager. He’s been indicted on first-degree murder, felony murder, and carrying a gun during a violent crime.
