IMF Ruins World, Closes Streets: While the International Monetary Fund and World Bank decide the fate of the globe’s poorest citizens, they’ll also be closing a bunch of streets in D.C. WTOP reports: “Expect temporary closures on the following streets: 18th and 20th Streets NW between G Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. G Street NW between 18th and 20th Streets.
