Hack the Planet: Washington Post polls aside, not everybody wants Vince Gray to resign. Just take a look at new site Onedc.us, a pro-Gray website registered by D.C. Latino Caucus founder Franklin Garcia. So far, the site’s petition in support of Gray has seven signatures. +2
Jungle Work: Presumably inspired by Michelle Rhee‘s famous TIME broom cover, new D.C. United co-owner Jason Levien has chosen his own, more lethal prop to signify his commitment to change: a machete. On Saturday, a member of the Barra Brava fan group presented Levien with a machete to figuratively cut a path to a new stadium for the team. +1
Go-Go a No-No?: Go-Go Live author Natalie Hopkinson says that Politics & Prose turned off her go-go mix CD following a customer’s request at a reading of her book last night. The Chevy Chase bookstore denies any anti-go-go sentiment, and says the CD was put back on shortly after it was turned off. +0

Reason got a new design, the Daily Caller offered a gun to whoever tracks down the hackers who trashed its website, and the new kids in town at the Washington Free Beacon published pictures of a Nation writer smoking pot. What a lot of excitement, but is it too much excitement for the sports-jacket-and-Hayek set? One unkind word about the Austrian School and this powder keg could explode. +5
