Well this is dubious! Complex, the list urchins who brought us D.C.’s 25 Douchiest Bars, are back with the world’s 50 most stylish neighborhoods. Georgetown—-of all places—-is the only District neighborhood stylish enough to make the list, at number 41.
Georgetown won its place at the top of D.C. for having, among others, a J. Crew, a new SuitSupply branch, and, um, Rugby Cafe. While Complex gives a nod to the “fresh kids” of Chinatown, H Street, and U Street, it declares that none of them can stand against Georgetown.
“On a per capita basis, you just can’t match Georgetown’s swag,” writes Complex, putting down a sentence that has never been thought before.
