For a town that’s ostensibly so rich, Washington men should be leading the country in buying the affections of women who otherwise wouldn’t have anything to do with them—-in other words, we should have the most sugar daddies. But that’s not the case, according to new data from sugar daddy/sugar baby liason website Seeking Arrangements.
Instead, Seeking Arrangements finds that Washington only has 2.39 sugar daddies per 1,000 adult male residents, which puts Washington at number 14 on a list of the most sugar daddy-dense major U.S. cities (See the full list after the jump). Compare that to the top most sugar-loaded cities, Atlanta and Scottsdale, which come in with 5.98 and 5.23 sugar daddies per 1,000 men, respectively.
Seeking Arrangements sugar daddy measurements are based on how many male members the site has in a city, so perhaps Washington’s sugar daddies just find their companions in less tech-centric ways. Washington’s lagging behind may be for the best, though—-Seeking Arrangements claims that the average sugar daddy spends a whopping $61,200 annually on his dates, which takes an incredible 22 percent of his income.
