Take Two: The contractor building the Silver Line through Tysons Corner says it could submit the project to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority as early as today. If approved by the authority’s project managers during the 15-day review process, the Silver Line may be handed soon to Metro conduct safety testing and training. It has already been rejected by the transit authority once before. Fingers crossed! +2
