Virginia Is for Lovers: A federal appeals court said today that it would not delay its ruling striking down Virginia’s ban on same sex marriages. That means same-sex couples in the state could get married as early as next week. +5

Downsides of the Internet: The Daily Caller wrote an absurd article today calling out the Asian American Journalist Association for not revealing that the location of its convention is in Chinatown. In a flier for the event, the AAJA wrote that its convention would be at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. (That is the full name of the hotel.) The flier specifies that the hotel is in Penn Quarter—-and the Caller thinks that the association should have been forthright and said the hotel is in Chinatown. It’s unclear why the Daily Caller cares.   -3

Justice Dances: A number of people reportedly complained over the weekend about a woman who set up a portable pole on the Ocean City boardwalk and danced in a bikini. The mayor responded saying he is not happy with the performance, but he think it’s legal. +2
