D.C.’s Next Great Suburb? A group of railroad entrepreneurs is one (very, very small) step closer to building a high-speed rail that will travel between Washington and Baltimore in 15 minutes. The group applied to the Public Service Commision of Maryland for a franchise to operate the railroad. Now, if someone could figure out a way to travel from McPherson Square to Columbia Heights in less than 15 minutes via Metro… +2
