The Caps and Wizards, which were supposed to play tonight and tomorrow night, respectively, have both cancelled their games. The Caps and the NHL were going to try and get their game in—with the Ducks only playing in D.C. once, it’s a long schlep—by moving the game up. But the prospect of a major blizzard changed their thinking.
