A Vienna-bound Orange Line train had to be offloaded at the Capitol South station around 4 p.m. on Wednesday because a juvenile allegedly kicked a train door, damaging it and preventing it from closing, a spokesperson for the transit agency says.
The incident led to single-tracking for a while on the Orange, Blue, and Silver lines as police responded to the situation.
