There are album leaks, and then there are album-cover leaks. In the case of Animal Collective‘s upcoming Strawberry Jam CD, well, both leaked in the past few weeks. I haven’t gotten around to giving the new album a listen since I’m currently obsessed with this record and this lady’s songs. But crap, Animal Collective’s album cover is generating some debate in the blog world. It looks like they’ve taken a perfectly delicious sandwich spread and turned it into ‘shroom vomit.
What do y’all think? Is it as ugly as the cover of Bakesale? Or as gross as this?
