“W.A.L.E.D.A.N.C.E.” and “Ice Cream” are well on their way to being top CP summer jams—laying waste to the knock-kneed orchestral indie-rock and new-wave bar rock promos that have been drifting into the mail bin for the last two months. Even though I’m forced to play them back at the lowest possible volume so as not to offend neighboring cubicles—these songs still slam.
