So what if Baltimore has/had MICA, Tarantula Hill, Red Room, and Wham City? DC still has—well, DC still has the Velvet Lounge, and Scott Verrastro‘s living room. We also have Sonic Circuits.
D.C.’s annual out-music festival has announced this year’s line-up, which includes—among many other local and international luminaries—minimalist composer and drone legend Tony Conrad.
