Last month, LA Weekly awarded Slash the prestigious “Best MySpace Page” nod at the 2009 L.A. Web Awards. The guitarist’s Newscorp home boasts such features as a TurboTax banner ad, an attractive purple and black background, and the compulsory skull-wearing-a-top-hat insignia. - Send Slash surprising or noteworthy links
- Say please & thank you
- Send him awesome guitar straps
DON’T
- Be the Vikings
- Use unusual or ambiguous language
- Shortchange Les Paul
- Create a fraudulent Twitter account for Velvet Revolver
- Express unalloyed enthusiasm for the medium:
- Tweet too much:
