Neither sleet nor snow nor…more snow will bully fest founder Jon Gann into canceling his Best of D.C. Shorts 2009 showcase tonight or tomorrow.
As its title implies, the screenings will be a double-feature of the cream of last year’s D.C. Shorts Film Festival crop, starting at 7 p.m. at the Naval Heritage Center.
Metro, however, might force a reschedule. Gann says that the show will go on provided WMATA continues to serve underground stations. As of this posting, things are looking good (if very white).
