It makes sense that Positive Force‘s history of creative rebellion would make room for the hawking of wares. The long-standing activist group has announced it’s hosting a punk-rock flea market Nov. 6 at St. Stephens Church, with bands in tow. True Womanhood, Imperial China, and Tereu Tereu (dislosure: that’s Arts Desk contributor Ryan Little‘s band) will perform.

Want to sell those iPod cozies you’ve been crocheting? Have a stack of Government Issue LPs you’d like to unload? Vendors interested in reserving space should contact DCpositiveforce@gmail.com; tables cost $15. Admission is free, though the suggested donation is $3. Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and the music kicks off at 2. St. Stephens is at 1525 Newton St. NW.
