- Co-curator Jonathan Katz still objects to Canadian artist AA Bronson‘s desire to have one of his pieces removed from the gallery.
- Katz, who wants to see “more scholarship in queer art” is also receiving a rash of anti-Semitic hate mail from NPG detractors.
- And the ongoing silence from Smithsonian Secretary Wayne Clough is as deafening to the “Hide/Seek” curators as it is to the rest of us.

Finally, I’m in Wilmington, N.C. this week. So I checked out the arts section of the local Star-News. Today some old guy says the recently deceased Blake Edwards isn’t get enough credit. I guess Google News’ more than 1500 results on the guy isn’t enough.
