Do you have a plan to vote?
Let us tell you the information you need to register and cast a ballot in D.C.
DC9 Case Closed: No charges will be filed against the men once accused of murdering Ali Ahmed Mohammed outside rock club DC9; the U.S. Attorney’s office has announced it has closed the case. But it looks like Mohammed’s family will still bring a civil suit against DC9 and/or the five employees arrested immediately after the incident.
Jefferson Aircraft: Petula Dvorak applauds D.C.’s protesting dancers, then says she’s planning to go fly a kite (just read it). I hope her editors at the Post demand that she actually do it.
Record Fair Unsleeved LIVE: The D.C. Record Fair takes place tomorrow at vitaminwater uncapped LIVE. Here’s the DJ lineup. While Crooked Beat is no longer selling CDs, apparently some folks at the record fair will be.
Today on Arts Desk: Gil Scott-Heron in D.C.; Far Out/Hot Dang.
