DC9 Case Closed: No charges will be filed against the men once accused of murdering Ali Ahmed Mohammed outside rock club DC9; the U.S. Attorney’s office has announced it has closed the case. But it looks like Mohammed’s family will still bring a civil suit against DC9 and/or the five employees arrested immediately after the incident.
