Gearing up for its 25th anniversary (!!) in 2015, legendary riot grrrl band Bikini Kill has started its own record label, Bikini Kill Records. This fall, the label plans to roll out a 20th-anniversary edition of Bikini Kill’s self-titled EP, originally released in 1992 on Kill Rock Stars (and produced by Ian MacKaye). Fans can also expect physical reissues of its back catalog and a rerelease of the band’s original demo tape, which should include some rare and unreleased cuts. The reissues will come one at a time leading up to 2015.

Can’t wait? Bikini Kill’s discography is already available digitally on iTunes and eMusic.
