This is shaping up to be the year the world realized it missed The Make-Up. A lot. On top of a slew of reunion shows, including a gig at All Tomorrow’s Parties and a Sept. 20 show at Black Cat, Portland, Ore., imprint M’Lady’s Records is printing up a reissue of I Want Some, a compilation of the band’s singles and B-sides originally released in 1999 on K Records.

The reissue ($22) will be a double LP. The first 200 orders also get an 8×10 glossy image of the band. M’Lady’s—-a label founded by former D.C. resident and occasional Chain & the Gang member Brett Lyman—-is taking orders now, and albums ship Sept. 21.
