Dying to challenge your cubicle mate to a duel? Relatively certain your boss is a demon? Or do you just like a ripping yarn told rippingly? It’s a beautiful day for the third D.C. Bike Party, the monthly ’round-the-town bicycle ride that requires no special occasion. Meet in the middle of Dupont Circle at 7:30 p.m., ride past the White House and U.S. Capitol, stop off at RFK Stadium, and cruise back up to Adam’s Morgan. Nothing fancy about it, just a party on a bike. More information is on Facebook.

Riot grrrl and contemporary classical music: So much in common, right?! Well, no. But let’s cast that aside and consider the dual screening of Grrrl Love and Revolution: Riot Grrrl NYC and R. Luke DuBois: Running out of Time at Hillyer tonight. Both filmmakers are local, though their subjects are not. Curious? Check out Arts Desk’s writeup and watch a couple of trailers here. The screening begins at 7:30 p.m. at Hillyer Art Space, 9 Hillyer Court NW. $10 suggested donation.
