In the aftermath of an assault that allegedly took place early Saturday at Tap & Parlour, D.C.’s Alcoholic Beverage Control board has voted 5-0 to summarily suspend its liquor license, which is shared by jazz club Bohemian Caverns.
It’s not a permanent revocation of the clubs’ liquor license—-yet. The ABC board will hold a public hearing on the suspension at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13.
Bohemian Caverns owner Omrao Brown has not responded to requests for comment.
