D.C.-based guitarist and bandleader Kid Congo (ex-Cramps, Gun Club, and Bad Seeds) and his ensemble The Pink Monkeybirds have released a video for “Conjure Man,” a spooky, superstitious tune recently released on a 7-inch for In the Red Records.
The video, directed by Aaron Brookner, features a dreamachine credited to James Elphick and Throbbing Gristle‘s Genesis P-Orridge.
Kid Congo and the Pink Monkeybirds have a full-length record, Haunted Head, coming out April 30 on the same label. Watch the video after the jump.
