These days, elected officials aren’t the only puppets in town. For its latest exhibit, “Puppetry in America,” the National Museum of American History has gathered a variety of puppets spanning 160 years. Mike Isabella’s Graffiato celebrates the first anniversary of its Industry Takeover Nights tonight. Top Chef alums Jennifer Carroll and Angelo Sosa will join local chefs like Del Campo’s Victor Albisu and The Source’s Scott Drewno plus former Bourbon Steak chef Adam Sobel (now at RN74 in San Francisco) to serve up food. Mouton Noir Wines owner and winemaker Andre Mack will provide drinks. The party will be bigger than usual, taking up the second floor plus the first-floor pizza bar.
