This summer, U Street Music Hall’s regulars will have an excuse to climb into the daylight: The club is bringing a slate of electronic music acts to Union Market for an all-day festival. Union BBQ (so named for the food vendors who’ll be hawking their cuisine) will take over two stages on June 14 from noon to midnight: one in the market’s Dock5 warehouse space, and one in the alley outside.

Headliner Jamie xx (of the xx fame) will make his D.C. debut as a solo DJ. He’ll be joined by Canadian DJ KAYTRANADA, Orchard Lounge, and Viceroy, whose motto bodes well for the show: “Summertime, all the time.” And of course, no festival bearing the U Hall name would be complete without a Moombahton Massive dance party.
